Fortisip Compact Protein Mocha is a Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) developed for the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition and increased nutritional requirements. Each compact 125 ml bottle delivers 300 kcal and 18 g of high-quality protein, making it suitable for individuals who require concentrated nutrition in a low-volume serving.
The compact bottle is easy to hold, includes an attached straw and resealable cap, and is ideal for people who struggle with larger volume nutritional supplements. Fortisip Compact Protein should only be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Use only under the guidance of a healthcare professional. The required daily intake should be determined according to individual nutritional needs.
Fortisip Compact Protein is not suitable for:
Contraindicated in gastrointestinal failure, complete intestinal failure and major intra-abdominal sepsis.
Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Use with caution in children aged 3–6 years under strict medical supervision.

I consent to Medtronic contacting me through telephone calls, SMS’s, and emails for the purpose of on-going patient care. For purposes of ongoing patient care, Medtronic will create a Medtronic Diabetes Profile which records the device allocated to the patient, the device serial number for purposes of the warranty and any product observations which might have been logged to that medical device (required by regulatory). This enables the patient to contact a 24-Hour Product support line for support on that specific medical device.
I further consent to Medtronic contacting me through SMS’s and emails for the purpose of informing me of any Medtronic products. This will include Medtronic training material regarding the medical device, support emails on product discontinuation and upgrade availabilities on the patient’s specific medical device when nearing the warranty expiry and consumable updates/changes.
